You may be a lot like me — with a mother-daughter relationship that is nothing like the version you see on TV or imagine in your heart. If that’s you, welcome! There’s a way out of your pain and onto a joyful, life-affirming path.

YES: there are small steps you can take today and tomorrow to create profound shifts in your mother-daughter story.
Come with me to discover your own, heart-centered Mother-Daughter Way. We will have fun!
